Return & Refunds for Goods
Return & Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods, based on your tracking information.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To start your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we verify your item qualifies we will issue a return authorization and provide steps to proceed with your return of the goods.
Returns & Refunds do not apply to the following goods:
- Gift Cards;
- Digital Goods;
- Collectible Physical Goods; and
- Limited Edition Items.
Returns
Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, please follow the procedure below:
- Send us an email to start the return process and get authorization
- Once authorization is granted a shipping label will be provided
- Please carefully package the item(s) for return and affix the label to the package.
- Drop the item off at a post office near you
- We will contact you once the package is received and processed with options for a refund or store credit less the return shipping costs.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item that has been opened after receipt.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that has passed 30 days after delivery date.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment less the return shipping costs, within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation email, please check your bank account or original payment method first.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If after a few days your refund does not show, please contact your payment method company e.g. The Bank, Credit Card Company.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@kittokuma.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded. Sale items cannot be returned and refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@kittokuma.com.
